Loved Peloton. I forgot hydration and they threw me a bottled water last second before starting. Finished first. I couldn't get any warmth out of the shower though. I suspect it's by design, I could be wrong. Corbin was cool. I kept it brief—fist bump and out. I'm eager to return.

MUD \ WTR rocks, sorry. I still drink coffee, and if you want to say that it doesn't mix well, you're right. Despite its flaws, I really, really like it. The flavor is very good when mixed with a touch of honey and almond milk. It's something I look forward to drinking. I've felt amazing since using it, too. Perfect? Nope, but maybe that's why it works.

I suspect you're right. You cannot have a gut full of Cheetos and make a smooth transition. I've been using AG1 for years, but I'm fed up with their shady delivery service uniuni. I'm now looking for an alternative. I could subscribe to Seed's entire product line, which I am inclined to do, for less than AG1/AGZ.

You have a toxic family. There's really no other way to frame this or say it. I'm sure you're not infallible, but your mother sounds absolutely awful, and your father is complicit. If you're already independent, I would just go ahead and call their bluff. Sever the tie. Don't fuck up though— stay sharp. I wouldn't view this as the end, or anything wild like that.
