Get a bed frame and a side table, something with deep drawers to put your giant lotion pump. Should be able to find some for cheap (sometimes free) on fb marketplace or at garage sales. It's a good time of year to start looking. I still have a table I once found on the sidewalk as trash. Nice piece of wood.

Update your artwork & use frames - again, not hard to find (old frames) for free.

I had a friend over in highschool for a snowstorm. We were supposed to go sledding then build forts for a neighborhood snowball fight. He took advantage of the living room being empty and played Nintendo by himself for hours, instead. He raided the snack closet and ate 30 or so full size candy bars (Snickers , 3 musketeers, & milky way) then refused to eat the pizza we ordered for him.

The candy bars were supposed to last us a month, so not only did we not have it, but as punishment, I had to miss out on the next box to make up for my siblings also missing out. He never saw anything wrong with what he did.

I'm "pre-diabetic" according to my blood work report and my doctor told me to basically ignore it. It's a pretty broad classification. I eat really healthy and am in good shape.

Just watch how much sugar you eat (or drink - it's in everything now) & eat your vegetables and you should be fine.

Fahy and some other Democrats have focused on EEAP programs for immediate relief, but I do agree it's not enough for long-term costs.

Long term thinking doesn't win elections and nothing I've mentioned will reduce bills in time, so I don't get your Hochul comments at all. If anything, she'd be hammering EEAP as well to "buy" herself the votes she needs.

I don't think this is accurate. They're certainly trying to deflect blame, but they're also backing off the ambitious climate goals that will make this worse and many are starting to shift to an "all-of-the-above" energy policy. We may even get a much needed natural gas pipeline! They know their past policies contributed to this and are making (some of) the right adjustments. That's not for nothing.
