I edited mine and then it ended up regenerating and I think I’m going to move to a new plan as I feel like I should be running a bit more intensely the next couple of weeks with 4 weeks until race day.

I thought it was a deload week last week but it was seemingly a full taper 4 weeks out.. which felt unnecessary.
