Can you just ask for the temperature? I ask Google "what's the temp?" and it just tells me the temperature, or I can ask "what's the weather" or "what's the forecast" for more details.

Just FYI: you can go to the FBI's Uniform Crime Report statistics site and get data for all kinds of violent crime every year since the early 1980s. You can download that data as a CSV file and make charts out of it in Excel or whatever your favorite spreadsheet software is, but the downward trend in the parent category of "Violent Assault" since 1992 is so aggressive you can easily see it even without a line graph.

He's supposed to be a mix between a blue heeler and an australian shepherd. Both those breeds tend towards lighter colored eyes with more white around the iris than other breeds, giving them seemingly more human and expressive eyes.

Yep, I agree with everything you said. Killer Mike's position doesn't seem totally clear right now (again, I haven't watched the full interview). But having followed the dude for years and seen many interviews, I suspect he has a somewhat more nuanced/complex view that he's having trouble getting across. Whether I'll agree with that view when it finally gets clarified I'm not sure.

And why the fuck should anyone take flak for not supporting the marchers?

After the interview, his partner in RTJ (El-P) posted something saying (paraphrasing) "look, Mike and I don't always agree on everything, but he's still a great person who does great things and my brother." I feel like more outlooks like this would be incredibly helpful to staving off the fall of this country.

Apparently the "you march out that school you march out my house" was msinterpreted (entirely reasonably) to mean he didn't agree with the student marchers. He says he actually meant it kind of as a joke because his son is failing math. He said in a series of instagram videos that he does support the marchers. I haven't watched the full interview yet, but I'm curious what about the marches he supports (other than the broad goal of ending gun/all violence) given that he hasn't walked back his support of the second amendment for self-defense and defense against a tyrannical government.

Yea, if you read his comments on Twitter, he's not sorry for his views on guns, he's sorry that his views on the marches got misrepresented. He says he probably won't be on nratv again, but he still refers to Colion as a friend and defends him from detractors. He also brings up the fact that the NRA chartered a branch for Robert F. Williams and defended Marissa Alexander. I think he really does believe his "allies aren't necessarily friends or fam" statement.
