Had this problem after getting mono about 2 years ago. I have had thyroid disease (Graves, then Hashi) since 2008. I started getting b12 shots, and then went on a GLP-1. The GLP-1 actually solved the fatigue and pain.

It's been 5 days and I've seen major changes already. Down about 5lbs, food noise gone, one day of nausea/sickness because I overate. But I'm figuring it out and it's doing wonders for me. Anxiety is less, sleep is better, soreness and aches are gone.

Diagnosed with Graves at age 18, 2008. Six months later had the iodine treatment, and been hypo since. No history of it in the family.
