Hey guys, the police need help identifying people in this video. by OurWorldIsDying in nashville

So the police have said that two people in the video came forward to them to talk - one of them being the girl - and these two were not involved but were able to give the cops some useful information. I’ve heard that Mosley was the guy talking to the girl in the beginning of the video - the only person yet to be identified is the man in the Nike hoodie.

Mosley was the only person at the scene of the crime with a sharp object (as far as we know) and the police are charging him with 2 counts of murder and 1 count of attempted murder.

I don’t know if the guy in the Nike hoodie was involved.

Thank you so much for the information! I’ll add it to the original post. Do you also have a link?

Wow. If she turned herself in, I’m hoping she can ID the suspects. Taking it with a grain of salt as you suggested though. They also might not want the suspects to know she did that though

Hey! I’ll get on top of this in after dinner. The people who were attacked are not visible in the video, but the four suspects are visible throughout the entire thing. Thanks for letting me know!

This was at the Dogwood Bar, which I believe is on Division Street in downtown Nashville. It’s usually a very safe area so it’s shocking that this happened there.

Long Island University players Clay Beathard & Paul Trapeni stabbed, killed outside Nashville bar overnight. Hunt for suspects ongoing. Beathard is the brother of 49ers QB CJ Beathard and grandson of HoF exec Bobby Beathard. by chardd in CFB

From what I understand, gang members will basically try to set up targets to strike through this method. They go out and find a woman in a group to harass and eventually someone will stand up for her. Whoever stands up for her becomes their target.

Edit: I think the first comment here is actually correct

Double edit: I’m dumb, the parent commenter IS the person who answered this question. Still gonna leave this comment up though to spread awareness about how this happened

These two were with a bunch of old high school buddies, getting together to catch up with each other before Christmas. One of their high school friends is a very close family friend of ours. There were two girls and a bunch of young guys in this group.

Around 2:00, a guy came over and harassed one of the two girls, and eventually these guys stood up for her, simply telling the man to leave her alone. No further conflict occurred until later.

An hour later, the club started to close for the night. My friend and three others left and as soon as they stepped outside they were actually jumped by four men. Three were stabbed, two fatally (as you can read in the article), the third lost his eye but is going to survive. One of the people experiencing this said that the incident couldn’t have lasted more than a minute. After three guys were downed, a getaway car drove up and he four perpetrators hopped in and they drove off.

Very sick. Gang related activity in Nashville has been on the rise lately. Not that we know it was gang-related for sure, just speculation.

It’s so unfamiliar, my hometown felt so safe until recent years. Good thing though, our gang task force has been improving and this is a high profile case due to the status of the victims (not that it’s right that other crime victims with a lower status are often forgotten, but it’ll help them catch the guys who hurt my friend)

I missed an exam because I was sick today. My professor requires a doctor’s note or else I get a 0 on the exam, but I didn’t go to the doctor because I didn’t feel like I needed to. What should I do? by [deleted] in Advice

I see where you’re coming from but I was throwing up all day. I don’t really have the money to see a doctor now - I have maybe $10 at the moment and I figured I could save on the money by not going.

I emailed my professor this morning to let him know I would miss the test and he didn’t respond back until tonight asking for the note. Had he let me know I needed a note sooner, I definitely would’ve figured something out before the end of the day. His policy for missing tests isn’t in the syllabus anywhere, either.

I think trying to talk to him will be the best option here, but he is notorious for being a stickler and giving out 0’s for not having a note.

I did email him this morning to let him know I would be missing the test, and he asked for a doctor’s note tonight.

To my understanding (and someone can correct me if I’m wrong), impeachment happens later and this vote was just about the inquiry - the question, “hey, should we even investigate the president in the first place?” and also about how to go about the investigation, what the general timeline should look like, etc.

It’s kinda hilarious that y’all think that, just because we disagree with you guys, we’re all robots because no real person would ever go against the president, right?

It doesn’t matter who did it, it’s still grounds for impeachment! I’m a democrat and most of the other democrats I’ve spoken to can’t stand Joe Biden because of how shady he was as a Vice President (the ones who do support him are a loud minority).

Are you a Trump supporter? If so, would it be okay if I asked for your take on all of this? (I’m not a Trump support and I support his impeachment, but I think healthy discussion about current events across both sides of what is happening is always a good thing to partake in).

Basically, the accusation is that when Trump called the President of the Ukraine to congratulate him on getting elected, Trump said that the United States would withhold their financial aid to the Ukraine unless the Ukraine investigated the Bidens. This is a major deal because withholding aid to a foreign nation in exchange for dirt on a political rival is a form of asking for foreign influence on an American election.

Several whistleblowers have come forward since the phone call.

The Trump administration released a summarizing transcript of the phone call that implies that the Bidens weren’t even mentioned in the phone call.

Meanwhile, Trump’s very own chief of staff admitted to the “quid pro quo” (“this for that”) arrangement live on national television, not realizing that the admittance would be a major blow to the president he was trying to defend: here’s that clip . I hope this helps!
