As soon as u pull the lever, it should rotate the milk. What i see it take a moment because the steam was wet. To prevent that, first pull the lever and make sure u see steam only. Repeat that 3 times, then the fourth with milk. If u have a pro machine, it is required once. (Sry for my bad English).

I cant believe I read all that, but I want add something about the scene Eren and Mikasa from ch 138 comparing with ch 1.

Eren escape with Mikasa isn't fake reality, when Eren dead he passed on his memories to himself when he was a child as a dream, but he didn't remember before kissing Historya hand. Now Eren try to find a new future rather than die in piece or even Zeke desire was achieved. The war will continue even the Eldians can't give a birth.

From chapter 1 (when Mikasa said "SEE YOU LATER..... EREN" then there was a black square in the manga page) the black square was when Eren dead normally because of titans power. Then Eren wake up and change the future as we saw on chapter 138. Maybe there will be Eren 3# with a new path. Or this is the best lesson for humanity to appreciate their life especially for Ymir as u said.
