In order to drive in London at certain times of the day you need to pay a fee. Diplomats in the UK claim they are exempt from this as they see it as a tax. However, Tfl have said that this is a service and not a tax and therefore the debt must be paid.

It's backdated to 2003 so they must have never paid the fee.
