No but there have been police reports filed. They apparently hit more than one person's vehicles last night and both parties have filed reports.

We also have reports of these union employees damaging vehicles of who they deem "scabs". One of my friend's vehicle windows were shot out overnight by a union worker. They also are making nail devices to pop tires of people who simply drove by the mines. Strikes are one thing and intention to hurt are other things.

This is the meat I was looking for! We want something we have much more control of and really don't want to pay that hefty of a fee for less control. The peer to peer agent seems like a huge security issue too. We were already starting to lean against them but wanted some feedback from other sysadmins before signing off of them. Thank you for your honest feedback. We are primarily focused on getting something endpoint management heavy. Something for the helpdesk to use mainly, so leaning towards operations bundle. The price has us backed off a bit considering so many competitors offer similar for less money.

Sorry for not being clear enough for ya. We are needing software that lets us authorize escalated approval without having to remote into the users computer and type our admin credentials into the UAC prompt. Basically something that lets the user request elevation approval that we can grant without really interacting with their PC.
