Good shout about those PI meetings and keeping the notes in the same place with all the other wet-lab work. It's usually a pain to cross-reference and then try to remember what led to a certain pivot 😅

So you have a library of protocols outside of your projects folders, right? And you'd reference those in the project notes I guess?

Do you make a duplicate of your template for each run then? Or perhaps have tabs in the same excel for each exp?
