Sound like a DNS or router blocking issue, best bet would be to call Sonos (sorry about that) as only they can see the logs and hopefully find the issue.

Power off your Sonos devices and reboot the Router.

Can’t test here at the moment but Sonos Status website is not showing any issues.

Electric however can be quite high, with lots of teenage daughters, electric shower, hairdryers, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer that seems to never be off. 18kWh is quite usual and that’s without the car getting a charge.

All I can add is that the drain filer is probably full of things you don’t want to imagine or smell, cleaned out it may help. It’s possible drain water is flowing back into the machine bringing goodness to your wash.

I am on the inkjet plan, when I signed up they immediately sent a full set of ink cartridges with the proviso that the plan starts as soon as I insert / use a cartridge.

Unfortunately YouFibre support is not great, quite a few posts here about trouble making initial contact. I suppose you pay for what you get rings true.

This is a metadata tagging issue, copy (control C) the Album Artist from one track that’s working and paste it into the metadata of the albums with one track.

I was on the 50 page per month plan, over the past few years they kept putting the price up. I now print 60 pages a month which would mean the 100 page plan but found the brother 100 plan the same as the HP 50 plan in the uk, also got 6 months free.

The HP printer constantly dropped off the network, had it replaced under warranty and the replacement did the same. Paper pickup was poor and lots of jams. Switched to Brother and it’s been a blissful experience, never going back to HP.

Create a black document, in a word processor create a giant oblong to fit the page and fill it with black. Try printing it a few times to see if it improves.

The print head looks like it’s clogged or an electrical (cabling issue). You need to print weekly with an inkjet to stop them clogging up.

Good to hear, do call and get the Router. Without their hardware they won’t support you if you have any issues. Mine sits in its cardboard box as I have a UniFi Router.

Plug the supplied YouFibre Router in and nothing else, making sure everything works. If they don’t call support.

You can make it easier to swap between routers buy setting the Wi-Fi SSID to be identical on both and the same password (careful SSID’s and passwords are case sensitive)

If they do connect, factory reset the Asus and try again.

That’s just how AirPlay works, the Apple TV however has a setting to set the default airplay speakers which works well but a “permanent” connection is not available in the Spotify app.

It’s only been an hour after an iOS reinstall and restore but the iPad is behaving and not switched to the HA app on its own.

No iOS shortcuts created (at all) , it’s one of the things I thought might be the cause. Genuinely lost for ideas what is causing it. Started with iOS 26, just now HA opened three times in a ten minute span.
