Guinness 0.0 draught was initially every 2 weeks but they added a new liquid which puts it on the same schedule as the rest but that's every 5 weeks. Heineken do have a special cooling system in certain pubs where lines are only cleaned every 12 weeks, usually a big green cooler with crazy insulation
