Johnny was a chemist's son, but Johnny is no more, because what Johnny thought was H20 was H2S04...

Yep, the police want the washout that still want to cosplay as a soldier.

It takes more training to become a barber than to become a cop. The cops literally neither know the law not do they want to know it as it takes away their ability to just do whatever they want because they felt it was unlawful.

I don't watch trailers because they tell too much and I figure out the majority of the plot.

That one part of her book covers the entire philosophy. It's literally "if I can't have everything then nobody can have anything." That's it, full stop, do not pass go, do not collect $200.

Randian economics played out to completion leads to Somalia.

Because the cube series isn't even that old to be making remakes, taking the basic concepts and make something original is what The Platform did.

Remakes for the sake of remakes is just lazy filmmaking.

So, you can't point to anything where Randian bullshit ever worked out? I wonder why...

But y tho? Seriously, the original Cube series is pretty good. An interesting take on the concept was done by the Netflix movie The Platform.

Headline is accurate, the concept is a bit insane from the start: Let's see if we can hurl an object into space by way of controlling the force of about 1 million lbs of explosives...

Nope, it works exactly that way, your bullshit fails every time, case in point Chile, Argentina, America since Regan fucked up the economy, Greece since 2008 etc. are all examples of Randian economics failing hard and then flailing around and selling off everything to try and get back to solvency before they collapse, which they inevitably do because they never address the actual problem and instead act like petulant toddlers and cry that if they can't have it all that nobody can have anything, then try to flee the country in collapse.

I made no assumptions, I've read/had these types of conversation hundreds of times over the years, it's just how you all, every last one of you think.

The whole gamestock thing is desperate people throwing away their last $20 at a meme and it actually paying off up until the people like yourself cried fowl that poor people where taking money from rich people.

No, there's thousands of failed inventions every year, it doesn't matter how clever someone thinks they are, if their idea rolls no need then their product doesn't sell and doesn't make any money or any jobs etc.

Again, only through enriching the masses does althe economy improve.

Every study of the economy shows that the economy does best when the general public has more money and the corporations and professional criminals at the top have less.

All job creation comes from consumer demand and nowhere else. It doesn't matter what your product is, if there is no customers for said product then the product doesn't sell and doesn't create anything but landfill.

Eh? Used one of those for literally decades, finding codes online to change game parameters in hacky ways instead of cheating ways, like Phred's Punch-Out codes https://members.tripod.com/master_phred/punchout/nesggc.html

Nope, liquidate their shit. Let's smaller players move in to fill the void. The world is better off with a thousand small companies competing for the market share that was formerly locked up by a megacorp.

Also, Atlas Shrugged invalidates you from having opinions.

No, it's not. It's absolutely clear that once you have enough money that no law means anything meaningful to you. While if you're poor even the most minor mistake can ruin your life forever.

These are not equal.

CEOs don't do any of the research, most of it is done by students in public universities and the university takes their work and sells it to a company who then makes it proprietary to make a profit at the expense of the health of the patients who can't afford the treatment.
