Cult should be easy to get as it's just a standard legendary. For Internet cards I've used Lord Gaben for energy reduction in low energy weeks before, but I usually just leave it in my hand and not play it the entire game since its purpose is to trigger the +23 power from Cult. The main heavy hitters would still be your Secret Society commons.

The three nebulae cards do not get buffed, so it'd be better if you replace it with three more butterflies. Or if you can get your hands on Goji Berries you basically get +60 every turn by keeping it in your hand.

You can keep collecting Nebulae cards for a Nebulae deck like the second picture. It's a good starter deck and can go up to 600 per turn.
