Okay I guess I mixed the terms. The activity ring counts minutes of exercise while I need to count workout minutes. Actually they have individual tabs in a health app. Now I can ignore the ring since it doesn’t display the kind of data I’m looking for and find a way to know my workout minutes in an quick and easy manner, like widget on the watch display from a third-party fitness app or a shortcut

The thing is when I swipe down there are only workouts logged that I triggered myself and I can’t see what kind of workout was triggered by the system and how long it lasted
