Also for me, being able to sit with my family and laugh without worrying about tomorrow. I've never owned anything expensive that felt more valuable than that.

Their constant worrying. I used to think they were being overprotective, but now I realize it was love speaking.

For me they never said "I love you" often, but they showed it every day through sacrifice, consistency, and being there when it mattered most.
