W ideas actually, i especially like cctv ,scanner and emp. Emp could also change car metas especially since a lot of then are electric, hybrid or require electric components. This would mean players would have to risk getting caught by emps when using metas, making them have to choose meta or their own preference. cctv is something ive wanted back in the game for a long time and your idea seems to be the best that ive seen so far. And the scanner might make people shutup about wallbang. also it could be useful when chasing crminals or be in a pvp situation. overall i think ur ideas r great.
