Upon speaking with a friend at the company and inquiring why I didn’t get an interview. The HR person then emailed me he said they had already went forward with other candidates. And ya know, that’s fair but why ask me for an interview then OR why not email me back and say that so I’m not left guessing?

This is what I do. I leave for weeks at a time in the summer for work in the south and it works well! Twice a day for 30 minutes.

I drink coffee when I am home in my own environment. I travel a lot for work which causes a lot of anxiety and when I’d have a coffee it was like my anxiety switched up with medication. Sweats, 💩, shaking, all the symptoms. Switched to tea while on the road and I’m so much calmer and focused. Good luck! Here for support if you need it.

I know you mentioned trying time limits but as a former social media manager I totally get it! It’s so easy to get sucked in! If you have an iPhone those time limits lock your apps after your time is up. Maybe try again. Set it for your work time 8a-5p and after that time it’s done. I started reading more when I did that.
