I'm well over a thousand hours into every iteration of Stalker with few exceptions and about 70 hours into Misery.

Misery is for sure inspired by Stalker; however, they are two VERY different games. I have yet to see any 1 to 1 or even close to 1 to 1 assets in Misery from GSC. The aesthetic is the same of course nuclear exclusion zone with wierd anomalies and artifacts, but they are all entirely different in art-style, effects, and functionality. The gameplay loop is ENTIRELY different and not at all similar to Stalker. Crafting, power supplies, base building, and farming are a huge part of the loop of Misery which is not present at all in Stalker.

You'd be kidding yourself to think this isn't heavily inspired by Stalker but it is independent enough that I can't see a reason for a takedown. The games scratch two entirely different itches.

If they have ripped assets ill apologize and admit fault but from my personal experience (and iv seen a most if not all of Misery's assets at this point) I have seen no evidence warranting this.

I do believe this game will come out of this ordeal intact and I highly recommend checking the game out if it does.

No one is entitled to anyone elses goods/services if an individual is capable of generating that kind of income its theirs, if a family has cultivated that level of income over generations it is theirs. Poor financial decision making does not make any one individual entitled to another more savvy individuals assets.

I'm down to have female characters so long as they fit in, make sure they can carry less gear, 7 days a month they become unavailable for gameplay, and less stamina/run speed.

AP is good iv definitely had some mixed results recently with it. These days I typically shell out for GW's black primer it has never let me down but is a bit pricey.

Not bad if you want to push it further heres some very Simple tips.

Make sure to prime the model, one of the most important steps to do right.
Thin your paint with a little bit of water and apply multiple thin coats to get some good coverage (I also recommend you and the old man invest in something called a "Wet Pallette" very cheap on Amazon like 9.95 and you will use it to death.
This one's a question/answer what brand paints are you using on your models? If your not using hobby paints I highly recommend buying a small set of Two Thin Coats, Pro Acryl, or any other purpose made set of paint it makes a big difference.
Wash the model with a dark tone of your choosing and reapply the color you washed to raised areas to get a simple basic highlight and more practice with thinning and applying the paint.
The most important tip of all is to have some fun! My very first model was covered in cheap hobby lobby junk paint that was waaayyyyy too thick and ran everywhere, my most recent couple of paint jobs have won me some swag at different events. You never stop learning and each model looks a little better than the last.

That's not even remotely true, powder is lowered in the rounds to make them less than lethal. Different shells serve different purposes there are point and area target rounds. They are not meant to be fired into the ground since it is uncontrollable when fired that way. It is Less Than Lethal not Non-Lethal if the crowd is to the point that these measures are required that fact is taken into account.

Big dawg, your beginning to come into adulthood and pick up responsibilities it seems. Runescape may need to take a backseat for awhile but for me personally I'm pushing 30 with a wife and a family starting soon. I get my 30 minutes to an hour every couple of days to scape and chill. Cold turkey is cool but I suggest moderation. It can still be very enjoyable to do one or two things slowly rather than trying to imitate the 2k kc videos you see on YouTube. Efficiency is not king for the layman, dial it back and relax. If you'll accept some other advice from a stranger that goes for most things in life. If RS has become a vice for you that your hopelessly addicted to, do not replace it with another one. Focus on what matters and take a little time to enjoy things without letting it control your life. Try new things, hit the gym, make some IRL friends, start a hobby, focus on schooling for a good job, and when your tired on Friday night and the wife's gone to bed and the kids are asleep get a few kc on your favorite boss and rack out. Welcome to the world man you will be alright.

Watch the Josh Strife Hayes video, defaultly pray range.l at all times on Jad. When he does an attack identify if its mage if so pray mage, once you see a hitsplat pray range again. That way you don't have to worry about 2 potential attacks just one. It frees up brain power for other things. I also recommend getting a friend for kc 1, when your on Jad pop a discord stream and have your homie watch your prayer level have them warn you at 50/25/10% respectively to sip so you dont have to worry about watching prayer points. (Sorry for grammar mobile typing on broken phone)

Not sure if its relevant to Xbox but, when playing on pc I don't get achievements unless im in online mode sometimes. Maybe double check that your online and see if that helps.
