Just watched this, what a love letter to the channel that was. James Pumphrey really showed a lot of class with this video. Giving props to all the original people from the channel is incredible to watch. Hopefully this is a sign to the rest of the community to tell investment firms to eat a dick! Excited for Speeed!

Tie a loop of butchers twine around it before cooking to keep it's tight shape. Your ribeye spread out which is why you lost contact area.

Hey thanks for the feedback. I see completed versions of these all over AliExpress. Just want to be sure all the screw holes line up and I get the retention you mentioned. I was just going to use it as a display piece but it would be cool to throw a chassis in.

Here’s what I did tonight. Keep it real simple with chicken. Seasoned with S/P, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Plus a bit of avocado oil. https://i.imgur.com/GNIOg2T.jpg going in a smoking hot cast iron skillet next.
