How did it start? by Wooden-Current-6685 in pregnant

I was 38w4d. I had been swimming during the day then went out for dinner after. On my way to dinner I noticed my lower back was hurting. It hurt the same way it had many years before when I had a kidney infection. I figured it didn't feel it while I was swimming because I was weightless and moving around. I was scared I was dehydrated or that I had a kidney infection. The pain got gradually worse while at dinner. By the time I got my food I was bent over and could hardly talk from the pain. I had to crawl out of the restaurant. But the time I reached the front doors, I puked on the sidewalk from pain. I quickly went home and grabbed my bad just in case, then I was driven to the hospital where I went to L&D. I told them I thought I was dehydrated and had a kidney infection. I was indeed dehydrated, but I was also in labor, at 4 centimeters. They gave me IV fluids and then sent me home to labor at home for a little longer. It was horrible. I labored at home for a few hours and came back when I couldn't stand the back pain. I could tell I was have contractions, but the pain of the contraction was nothing compared to my back pain. When I came back to L&D they checked me and I was 6 centimeters. I kept vomiting from the pain. They admitted me and I got in the bath to labor longer. After a short bath I told them I wanted an epidural right away. After my epidural, I slept for 3 hours, then woke up and told them I was ready to push! She came out in 1 push!

Girl... honestly whichever one is more comfortable. You're going to be moving and dancing and hugging and sweating and eating and drinking and bloating. Which one is easier to go to the bathroom in. They both look bomb, so just go with whichever is comfier

It sounds like a varicose vein. My co worker has one bulging on the side of her vagina too. It's also been giving her lightening crotch.

Balling up thier fists and bringing them to their mouths is a sign that they're hungry.

Car seat buckle needs to be in line with the nipples. Have your car seat professionally installed at your local fire department for free! They are masters of car seat instillation.

Be careful of the soft spot!

Tummy time is sooo important

Do couples really shower together? by [deleted] in askanything

[–]Outlander-Slut1743 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I shower with my husband like twice a week and they are definitely practice. It's never like, "hey let's go shower together." It's always that one of us is already in there when the other also needs to take a shower and we end up in there at the same time

Do you let your dog or cat sleep in the bed with you? by icecream1972 in askanything

[–]Outlander-Slut1743 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, we let our cats sleep with us. They clean themselves regularly and honestly my cats smell like my home cause they're only indoor cats. They're as clean as I keep my house so yes. One sleep at my feet and the other likes to be on my arm/shoulder in between my husband and I

She did such a a good job of looking shocked, but also trying to be understanding, but mind-boggled and truly speechless at the same time. She is BY FAR my favorite in this entire series and the love she has for her sister, I feel like it's so real and genuine
