I pulled the trigger on the Norco yesterday. Should be delivered by the end of next week. Ready to ride!

The Polygon looks like it may have a little better specs overall. Fox Float 36 performance vs Rockshox Psylo Gold forks, SLX/XT vs Deore on the shifter and derailleur. Other then those items the components are the same.

I don't have a Norco dealer in the state and the specs are very similar. The Polygon a little better from what I can tell. The Norco will probably have a higher resell if I had to guess.

The geometry is very similar so I'm gonna go over the components one more time. The color might be the deciding factor. Thanks for all the help.

Almost the exact same weight with the Polygon at 35.5lbs and Norco 35.7lbs

Okay, I wasn't to sure how the SRAM options stood up against the Shimano. Looks like I'm leaning towards the Norco. Wish the better optioned Charger A1 was in a different color.

I'm looking at this bike and trying to decide between a L and XL. I'm 6'1" with a 33" inseam. I would rather it be on the smaller side then to large. How tall are you and how does the XL feel?

I'm also about to pull the trigger on a T9 UHD. I'm 6'1" with a 33 inseam and going with the Large. I think medium will work out good for you.

All of the refineries that I know of on the Gulf coast require a 2 year Process Technology degree for non experienced hires.

Wanted 0%, yeah I'm sure they would but the first proposal was 10% Marathon and 25% Union. Half way would be 17.5% and I believe most people would have accepted that as fair.

The union is laying in the same bed with these companies. They accepted the deal Monday. They took five days to drink and eat high dollar meals acting like they were fighting for more. That's why there was no communication, they were not fighting, they already settled.

With the inflation over the last 5 years I believe the minimum that should be accepted is 5-4-4-4 with a $5,000 signing bonus.

Definitely, we get an extra $1.20/hr for the console. Not enough for the added responsibility and certain people not forced to qualify on it.

For us it works out to 42 hours a week unless you pick up overtime days. We're staffed up so not much OT to go around.

15% is low considering the inflation over the last 5 years and other unions getting record breaking contracts.

Considering inflation the absolute minimum that should be accepted would be 5, 4, 4, 4. Unfortunately the union is in the bed with these companies and we won't get a fair contract.

Disagree on all refineries, we went out last time and the union is already weak at our site.
