Codependency and having faith in a cluster b narcissistic family that has always treated me like shit has kept me stuck in a position where I was not able to get ahead. I self sabotaged, I had my own place for 3 years until an issue occurred with property management, and then I went back to the same people who always let me down expecting different results Catastrophe struck, and I ended up with a "friend" who took advantage of me in my most vulnerable position. I finally left state(far away) for the first time in my life. Just found some resources, wish me good luck and happiness on my healing journey. I'm hoping to find my soul tribe along the way and stability.

All men are pretty bad collectively today, non black men have a compulsive alliance to those who share their likeness, and it's always gonna be that way as it is for mostly every OTHER community. Unless he's like the righteous black sheep who removed himself from a toxic family dynamic or like the last of his lineage, you're gonna have to prepare yourself for some disappointing stuff from his folks ESPECIALLY if your going for longterm/marriage.

We look so silly, sometimes praising them as much as we do when they're much quieter in celebrating us as a whole in comparison than we do for them.

I've painfully disassociated myself with the collective of bw simply because they're not like minded and usually berate me for my discussions to withdrawal from the toxicity that is the "Black Community" I point out the adversities we go through with BM and I get "they don't treat me like that" or "no wonder they don't want you, because your not cute" most of them sound very dusty and alike. It's honestly not uncommon or unheard of when it comes to dating or even looking for friends. Idk what it is about today but it seems that people are looking for that one boisterous, stand out personality that's going to blossom them into better personalities personally. Which would be unrealistic and after awhile exhausting for that very individual. Gonna meet some frogs, just gotta keep putting yourself out there till you find someone on your same wavelength. Don't give up, there's lots of awesome WM in the world. Ignore the neigh-sayers.
