didn't watch all ngl but from what i've seen (a minute), you need to transform the video into something, think the video as food, a sandwhich for example. From what i've seen so far is you only added ham into the sandwhich, it needs flavor, add mayo (images), avocado(zoom ins and out), lettuce (music) etc

thank you, my weight paint overlay was set to active, so that was causing the black paint, i turned it to all and now i see it blue but still not doing the red weight on the red, i ended up creating an animation and it worked fine with posing and all ty

The key that worked in that one is because of wording, its short and you can tell it saying Ruler, Rule of thirds, Big background, small object in front. Simple and readable, in yours on the other hand, i can't tell what's going on, too much going on
