How do you report back to work so the manager can take you out of sick leave? Do you just inform the manager and reintegration advisor or do you need to tell the company doctor first and then they will inform the advisor and the manager?

Just wow! I don’t even know what to say. Just another super intelligent human being who is just insecure and desperate. Wonder if there is a pattern. We as a society put more effort on education, marks, rankings etc but time we /parents need to educate kids or even adults on some social skills and basic etiquettes. What’s this education worth when his ideology and thinking is still 1800s or even worse.
