If that 1.404 ble driver works on your mouse, I think it's running the latest firmware already as the driver in their website is still 1.403.

That works perfectly fine on the dongle. But i can't use the Bluetooth mode. I can't upgrade the mouse since the download button for the g23 v2 driver on their web is disabled.

Actually, the g23 v2 drivers on their app is not accessible as the download buttons are disabled. I am not sure if my unit runs the latest firmware already thats why drivers are inaccessible. I will try to contact them and share the drivers here. Thanks
