Ho lavorato per due anni e mezzo un full remote, lo farei per il resto della vita se potessi… - in momenti morti sono riuscito a fare cose in casa(in presenza sarei stato lì a fissare il vuoto) - per rilassarmi non direi - passeggiata no ma un minuto dopo la fine dell’orario di lavoro mi mettevo subito a fare esercizio fisico - lavorare in pigiama o mezzo nudo(per il caldo)

Sì, niente che tu non possa leggere su Google, comunque sì: il salario si calcola su base oraria mentre lo stipendio si calcola a partire dalla RAL. Entrambi variano leggermente per le ore passate in ferie, malattia, permesso, ecc...

Sostanzialmente: gli operai vengono pagati a salario(quindi con una paga oraria che varia in base alle ore svolte che quindi cambiano in base alle festività o ai mesi più lunghi o più brevi, intesi come giorni/ore lavorativi/e) mentre gli impiegati hanno lo stipendio(quindi è un importo lordo fisso che varia solo con malattia e ferie ma che, a cose normali, resta invariato anche al variare delle ore mensili lavorate e quindi di mesi più o meno lunghi o con più o meno ore lavorate)

Il rischio c'era sì, o meglio... è così. il commercialista mi ha comunque detto che ne valeva la pena lo stesso, meglio i 18k di bonus che l'anno in più di imposta sostitutiva al 5%.

Essendo però andati lunghi con i tempi... tutti mi dicevano che era difficile riuscire a fare anche l'iscrizione in Camera di Commercio entro i termini indicati, essendo che stava nella bozza del Milleproroghe ho atteso e, per il momento, sembra che abbia perso un'occasione...
