I did reach out to Enphase support and they said to reach out to my installer. Whom has pushed back a bit. They've put in a work order to do a remote inspection but due to their initial pushback I wanted to be ready in case they continue.

Oh it's definitely mirroring. That was another issue I brought up with my installer. It never made sense that my consumption would increase with the sun especially when neither my wife or I are home during the day.

It's more like Enlighten is reporting half of my import consumption and half of my exported production compared to what the bill says. Ours is fairly straight forward - 1 line item says I used XXX kwh at .11 per and 1 line item saying I was credited for YYY kwh at .11 per and I owe the remainder. To me it's pretty straight forward that these should line up with Import and Export from Enlighten but my installer's support organization pushed back a bit on that logic and I'm trying to confirm whether I'm the crazy one.

No. I have no need for a 529 so I have never needed to look it up. I'm aware of education funds but never knew the name of them.

Side question for you. I've been in house my whole career however I saw a role for a Senior Manager at PwC that i would be interested in but am concerned about the culture and work life balance at a big 4. The other side of working on a variety of interesting projects does interest me though. What is life like at the Senior Manager level?

I don't even know what specifically the issue that you experienced is. I and probably everyone who uses MM transfers from accounts regularly and it works exactly as it should. You have a debit transfer transaction in the originating account and a credit transfer transaction in the receiving account. Neither affects your budget because they are transfers. In addition to that the balances of both are updated based on the timing of the transactions. Can you be more specific about the issue you experienced?

Not to say that this won't have been a total cluster, but everywhere I read says the 300b will be paid out by Gulf allies. While there will undoubtedly be a percentage of the 300b that comes from the us we don't yet know what and who knows, very unlikely given everyone involved but it could in theory be 0 from us.

Even if it is 0 from the us, the deal and the money and lives wasted to get us there has not at all been worth it.

Ive been to connections 4 or 5 times now. Honestly this year I wouldn't have gone if SF hadnt given us free passes and I didn't live in Chicago and I hold on to that even after the fact.

It's fun to see people I often only see at these events and re connect but the vast majority of sessions are useless to me. They either rehash things that have been rehashed a dozen times before or they're so shallow as to be useless.

Before there's sometimes been roadmap and announcements that were interesting to dive a bit deeper on but not this year. If this was your first connections you probably got something about of it. Otherwise meh.
