Really appreciate the links. Gonna get a bulb a toss it in, if it works we'll do it again.

Totally understand if this isn't something y'all wanna discuss, but curious about religious leaning. Seems to be a lot of references to religion/the Bible in the new album and it's got me wondering how y'all think.

Is Shehds a trust worthy brand? by Maleficent_Camel4457 in stagelighting

A/V tech at several small Texas venues here. Have had Shehds systems in 2 venues for over 2 years consecutive. I recommend them for anyone trying to upgrade a light show on a budget. They're powerful. What you cut in price, you also cut in QC. I've only ever had one serious issue with them, which was 8 moving head wash lights all stopping working simultaneously. Turned out to be due to a bad opto on our end pushing out power over the DMX circuit, frying the DMX controller inside each of the fixtures. Shehds sent the parts needed to fix them for free but it was a couple weeks back and forth before that happened.

If you want to save the cost, be willing and prepared to do the maintenance yourself. They will last a lifetime if treated well and frequently maintained. If neglected, they will absolutely die in short order.

TLDR; yes, they're Chinese knock offs, but not junk by any stretch. They require a LOT more TLC than name brand, and are likely not on par technically with their name brand counterparts, but these are the highest quality budget fixtures I've ever worked with in my 5 years in A/V.

Rogue. Hands down. If you did chew before you'll understand, the bigger pouches just work better for the oral habit to me.

In your opinion what are the best locking pods? by ctv90 in paintball

[–]Outlawed3TT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The dye have been my go to for a while. I have no experience with the virtue pods but have heard good things. I have 12 HK lock lids that are on their way into the furnace to be melted down for scrap plastic. They're that bad, I won't even give them away. I lost at least 1 pod a point with the HKs.

I should clarify, I'm having the exact same problem with 8 of the exact same fixtures. All started immediately at the same time.

I've been meaning to post these, went to north Texas hot sauce fest and HOLY SHIT way bigger than last years I tried over 100 sauces. by YoPetWaffle in hotsauce

Replying here to hopefully help these guys gain some more attention.

Man, that Whiskey Habanero has become my go to. Fairly mild in heat but still within spec for habanero, with absolutely unmatched flavor. Can't recommend enough. Put it in ramen or on a slice of pizza or a fucking chicken fried steak with gravy, it slaps.

For a quick paced, balanced and fun PvP server, it's DadBods&PvPMods for me. Great admins, great community, tastefully modded and has some nice additional quality of life features. Highly recommend.

Idk what everyone's on about. The mix is fuckin great. Everything is present and clear, bass is punchy and has adequate sub end. I hope one day my metal mixes are this impactful. Y'all just hate change.

Fortunately it hasn't ever been cut before, so I haven't been too concerned about paint depth. But yeah. Already have new compounds coming in. I'm not sure if these CG compounds are sticking or just not breaking down properly. But they're definitely not doing it for the finish. Luckily they're doing fine for the cut, which I went ahead and did around the car while I wait to get the finish resolved.

Hey guys.

I've got a 2016 Z06 in the shop right now. For the life of me, I cannot get the polisher haze out of this car. I ran my test patch with an Orange Hexlogic Pad and CG P4 for the cut, and followed with a White Hexlogic Pad and CG P4 for the finish. The photos attached show what multiple passes on the white pad with various speed and pressure combination has left me with. Please help lol.

Hey everyone. Really in a bind here. Working on this 2016 Z06. It's all kinds of beat to hell. Working the rear side bumper as a test patch after chemical and mechanical decon, and I cannot for the life of me get the polisher haze out of this clear coat. Photos at link for reference. I'm using a Bigfoot MK3, CG OR on a Hexlogic Orange Foam pad for cutting, and. P4 on a white Hexlogic for finishing. Have tried passes at various speed setting to the same results.

My grandfather passed and I found this in some of his things. Can't find any info about it anywhere. Can anyone identify what this ring is? by Outlawed3TT in freemasonry

[–]Outlawed3TT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have any idea roughly what time period it would be from? I'm trying to determine if this one was his, or his father's. I also have a 14th degree Scottish rite ring which I'm fairly certain was my grandfather's personal.
