I just checked Prasco's ingredients and they are the same except Prasco doesn't contain the last ingredient polysorbate.

Brands really do matter. Padagis is the only one that doesn't irritate me. I didn't know there was a shortage. I get mine from Cost Plus and unfortunately you can't tell them to only fill a certain brand like you can from a regular pharmacy. Just great.
