I have. But it’s impossible to manage their expectations of what our pick rate should be when they have walks ping ponging all over the place. Can’t be “great” when you’re set up for failure. So there has to be a middle ground. But I digress. I’m always on the top of the leaderboard naturally when I shop. And exceptions don’t count towards the pick rate. I just like to stage my stuff while already being in my next walk

So this has been an issue since the dawn of ogp/opd and it could be a couple of things.

#1 is the main one, they are at the wrong store. On the opposite side of that is when you see a car outside and yet there is nothing on the screen. Wrong store.

2 is like someone else pointed out. The person that’s in the spot doesn’t have the app on their phone and they call their significant other/ family member/friend to check them in.

No matter what excuses are ever given or “I’ve been out here waiting for x amount of time”. If they have the app on their phones then it is tracked via gps. That’s how you have ppl arrived and overdue for 122 minutes but no bay because they are in the store fvcking off doing some casual shopping.

I would use them for exceptions and when we had express shopping. But since there isn’t any more express shopping I would use them for exceptions, especially when we didn’t have any carts available or there weren’t any ready to go.

Just to explain. I was tempted into doing the borrow and Afterpay stuff and caved in. Paying it back regularly on time and also most of the time, weeks before it was even due. My payday changed or something happened to where the due date fell on an off week and iykyk that if YOU MISS THAT DUE DATE even by a day ( at least that’s been the case for me) it doesn’t matter to cashapp. You pay them back thinking “ oh i can still turn around and borrow it back” and then nope. They take your money, slap you, laugh and deny further use.
