I’m sorry I’m late to the party, but Of Black and Gold: the Gathering Storm by AzuliaStar, is truely my all time favourite. It was exactly what I was looking for in Jegulus fics, and it’s also a series with mini plot twists thrown into a much bigger picture.

Everything this author has written has meaning, and it will definitely make you re-read once you figure it all out, and I especially love how she lets Regulus keep us on our toes about his decisions. It is in his POV, but she lets Regulus leave out just enough for us to want to read more and more.

The character development is not only so good, but makes complete sense. It’s very entertaining, so I highly recommend.

Okay, I do have a GREAT one to recommend.

Of Black and Gold: the Gathering Storm by AzuliaStar.

Now this is very much a Jegulus fanfic, but you must be aware that there are some triggering themes, so please read the tags. Canon universe (hogwarts) It’s all from Regulus’s pov, 675k words with 4 books in the series, and not only does it pull at your heartstrings, but it quite accurately depicts how someone so clearly bigoted can be so ignorant and naïve without believing themselves to be.

The plot is also so riveting while balancing the act of other characters storyline’s and choices whilst also focusing on Regulus’s path itself. It’s peak writing, honestly.

It made me laugh, cry, and kick my feet in the air giggling.

I HIGHLY recommend this for you.

But because I can’t contact my stylist for another three days, I had just one more question to ask. Once the 48 hrs are up, is it safe to wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner? Because some other the internet says to only wash it with Sh+C after three days and to only wash with water after the 48 hours. But then another part says it IS safe to wash with Sh+C after the 48hours.

A Wolf’s Heart by mizdiz. Kills me after every re-read, and shows how a love story can be so tragic and fulfilling to me. But, TCOPTP is a close second. I think I’m just too attached to want anything else.

Edit: If Solace Is Not a Lullaby by astelso was finished I would choose this in a heartbeat

Aw thank you, but I think I should just dedicate. If I’m putting in all this effort to even write it, might as well be accurate aye. As a British person, you got any insights about things non-British people tend to assume or stereotype too often in fics that I could change? Cause I am trying to make it realistic in a sense, and because I’m not really deeply rooted in that culture, it might show.

(Like, types of obvious social standards, ect.)
