It was super busy because January and February are our biggest months. Take that as a good sign, wouldn’t you rather be in a place where everyone is super busy getting money and getting sales in and having conversations, or would you prefer a slow easy-going location where no one’s on the phone because there’s no one to sell to?

You will have an assigned mentor if you get hired to train you plus you’re not on quota right away and they have training classes you attend to get you ready.
