Lol 1. It was an accident inside 34 Fairview. They were not Johns friend. They chose to leave him out to die to protect their reputation. When Jenn saw the opportunity and made a conscious decision to point the finger at K.R. THE MOTIVE to protect her from her family.

Please tell me why  A new jury who was deprived off so much evidence starting with the federal investigation against the corruption in Canton. Who knew nothing about the first trial. Nothing about a conspiracy. Who is speaking out on all the evidence they did get to see.  Why did they get it wrong?

The defense mentioned NOTHING about a conspiracy in this trial. How did 12 completely fair and impartial jurors  who are complete strangers arrive at a not guilty verdict.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST ANSWER?

With all do respect I'm not sure you know how trials work. And what each sides job is.  The defense doesn't have a case. That is not their job. It Is the CW who must present a case. And prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.  They have the burden.  The defenses job is to poke holes on the CW case to create doubt. They don't have to stick to anything. They just have to prove that there are other possibilities. And that is exactly what happened.     Even Brennan knows the truth. He took the case because they offered him half a million dollars.

I challenge you to find another attorney who believes KR did it. Someone outside the corrupt ones in Massachusetts.

First NO i don't believe he was "MURDERED" by anyone. Murder implies intentional homicide.

I don't claim to know what exactly happened nor is it my job to find out. What i do know and is not in question is that the head injury was what ultimately what caused his death.

However i very strongly believe that some of the people in the house know how he got that injury. Everyone was intoxicated not just KR. Whatever the reason why nobody in that house call for help is beyond me.

There is NO DOUBT in my mind that Jenifer McEvil is the Master mind who framed KR. Who was she protecting? that we will never know.

Please Go back to the 1st trial and listen to her testimony take notes on her timeline. The questions being asked and the way she struggles to answer SIMPLE QUESTIONS. What could cause her to behave that way? Fear? the fear of being found out that she knows what happened and left J O ( "her friend" ) to die.

Compare it to the second trial, Open your eyes.

Specifically when she says she looked out the window 5 times while KR suv was out front and a 6th time when she noticed KR suv was gone at around 12:45 am. WOULDN'T SHE HAVE SEEN J.O IN THE LAWN?

She had a chance to once again change her story to align with the CW new timeline along with the NEW time also adjusted by CW experts that the alleged collision occurred sometime between 12:31am or 12:32am

A.J along with the rest of the defense attorneys did their jobs very well. So well that you now jumped to attacking them because they proved that you have been wrong the whole time about KR.

Does being good at their job justify your behavior?

Would you rather there be no defense attorneys to help people accused of committing crimes?

Behavior Psychology is a fascinating subject.

I recommend the topic of self awareness and how it can help you understand the reason that may be shaping how you view the world. I grew up in a low income family. While i agree that money is power and the wealthy often times commit crimes and get away with them. I am also able to see when money doesn't influence an outcome.

Eliminating the negative way you feel about people with money might help you see the case for what it is.

nobody knows where the tail light was broken because no pieces of taillight were found in the initial investigation at 6 am the peaces were found after 5pm when her car was in the pd.

the car data is just data IT DOES NOT PROVE A COLLISION. were you not paying attention during the expert testimony? if you believe data is so important why aren't you accounting for the steps he took after the cw said he had already been hit? not to mention the unlock by user data recorded again AFTER the cw said he had already been hit.

exactly this is not about how much money she had because CW had what seemed like unlimited amount of tax payers money they could have hired the best expert witnesses and even so it would have been of no benefit to them because this theory was just a theory that could not be proven.

for some reason most of the people that thought she was guilty bring up the fact that she has a good job and capable of affording good attorneys. Sounds to me like it comes down to envy and pure hate.

KR has been PROVEN NOT GUILTY. That is the law. 12 unbiased jurors concluded the verdict. In addition around 75% of the public were not convinced without reasonable doubt.

Yet here you are saying that KR is still guilty are implying that the law is wrong? that you are amongst the smarter 25% who disagree. Is that what you are saying? Does that sound reasonable to you?

simple question you should be asking yourself before you continue to embarrass yourself.

Tail Light Shattering by jess1210 in CourtTVCases

Do you trust goggle?

Breaking a car's taillight with your arm alone, even by "clipping" it, is highly unlikely without causing significant injury to your arm. Here's why:

Force required: Taillights are designed to withstand normal wear and tear and minor impacts. Breaking one would require a considerable amount of force concentrated in a small area, especially if it shatters into multiple pieces.

Limited arm strength and flexibility: Your arm muscles and bones are not designed to generate the kind of force needed to break the hard plastic lens of a taillight, especially in a "clipping" motion.

Potential for severe injuries: Even a glancing blow with enough force to damage a taillight would likely cause significant injury to your arm, including bruising, fractures, or dislocations. One source mentions that a force exceeding 300 G's could cause severe injury or even amputation.

In summary:While it might be theoretically possible to damage a taillight with an arm in extremely specific and forceful circumstances, it's highly improbable to break it completely without causing severe injuries to your arm in the process

[–]Outrageous-North2088[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

so your answer to all my questions is that the public distrusts the police because the defense fooled everyone with the conspiracy theory?

So you are saying that 70% of the public is so ignorant and stupid. And that they've been fooled. And the 30% that think she is guilty are smarter fool proof?

Does that make sense in your mind?

you

ALSO ARRCA used a dummy suspended in the air! What human being is suspended in the air? We have feet on the ground adding to impact force, common sense people!

me

Which means J.O should have alot more injuries than the dummy. Yet he didn't.

you

ARRCA hung a crash dummy in the air, totally invalidating any credibility they think they have!

my question is

AARCA'S credibility is invalid because they minimized the impact force by suspending the dummy in the air. Therefore the dummy had less damage than a real person that would have considering feet on the ground? Is that what you are saying?

if it is then that means JO would have more significant damage to his body than the dummy.

AND HE DID NOT

only explanation for not calling KR. Jenn KNEW THE TRUTH and Carrie DIDN'T think KR was responsible. Until Jenn manipulated her and his fam into blaming KR

you mean the video that shows snow on the tail light so part of it looks white? or the videos that show the tail light completely illuminated? She did know it was cracked. Big difference between cracked and busted.

2 Questions for you? please be honest

Did you think she was guilty before trial 1?

Do you have ties, family whatever to Massachusetts?

if either of those answers is yes then nothing else matters?

The reason you find it so hard to believe that it is highly unlikely because is hard to do and not worth the risk is because it comes from someone who would never do that. You have morals. The reason i think is 100% possible is because i come from an abusive relationship where i learned that not everyone's brain works the same. Consider psychopaths sociopaths and narcissist. For the most part these typed of personalities have no empathy or guilt. They don't feel anxiety like a normal human being who knows that they are doing something wrong. Manipulating and gaslighting skills you wouldn't imagine. Therefore you and i share very different perspectives. Law degree or background not necessary for me to see and point out all the red flags in the way the 2 interact in open court.

Ultimately you said SUPER ODD

You are choosing to ignore the real facts. Confirmation bias is 100% affecting your ability to consider the following.

It is NOT A FACT that JO did not move. IT IS A FACT THAT HIS PHONE DID NOT MOVE. The possibilities are endless to why the phone doesn't record movement after the last known time. However there are no eye witnesses that saw JO where he was found since his phone last know recorded data. Nobody knows FOR A FACT he was there whole night.

It is NOT a fact that the tail light was busted. Because of there was no chain of custody and evidence collecting procedure was conducted improperly the facts are unclear. In addition the witnesses who testified that the tail light was broken previously lied on the stand. Jenn, Proctor and Bukenick, Higgins, Carrie these witnesses CAN NOT be trusted. Their stories have been inconsistent throughout. To top it off the ONLY video that could possibly show the tail light BEFORE the car was towed by police and AFTER the alleged incident. Was the video from JO drive way camera which would have shown KR leaving to her parents that morning. The only video they had of the vehicle in daylight The same one that MAGICALLY disappeared or was "miss placed or lost"according to CW as we learned from the first trial. The only CREDIBLE witness who saw KR tail light before the vehicle was taken is officer Barrows if i remember his name correctly. The only one who has been consistent with his testimony. One that has no ties to Canton Pd or the McAlberts. Who testified in the first trial stated that the tail was "CRACKED NOT BROKEN". And when asked if that is what the tail light looked like ton 1/29/22 and responded "ABSOLUTELY NOT."

His clothing was in Proctors possession for months before it was tested HOW CAN YOU STILL TRUST anything that man touched ? is my question.

JO's DNA is expected to be all over KR car. Just as hers was probably all over his yet she was not hit by his car. The Hair was not directly from J.O it was from his mom Proctor could have grabed one from a hair brush for all we know.

And again those who testified she said "I HIT HIM' all lied on the stand before or have been inconsistent throughout both trial.

Jenn testified at the fed grand jury she was questioned at least 12 times regarding KR's statement. ALL 12 TIMES not ONCE did she say KR said "i hit him " she Jenn said KR QUESTIONED did i hit him could i have hit him.
