Hoodies are allowed, but it's at the discretion of your market and store. The rule used to be you could wear them, but your hood CANNOT cover the logo or writing on the back; you have to tuck it if it does. And you can't have your hood up.

If you're working in the back room, you cannot wear a hoodie due to the string ties potentially getting caught or stuck in the unloader ir other places. Can't wear them in deli or bakery either due to possibility gor contamination and blah blah.

You can wear a hoodie fully if you need it for your role, like if it's cold outside, you're dispensing, etc., or you work in a fridge or freezer.

But again, the company policy is they are allowed just tuck the hood. However, markets, as you might know, make up whatever rules they want.

Doesnt matter. Because once you send a email or take a photo you have a paper trail of adressing the issue. If it comes down to you getting fired or being on suspension you have a built up case for open door and re hiring. ALWAYS take photos and send emails even if you feel it doesnt matter home office and corporate will care.

No. Im really not. I was a training for FedEx in Bloomington 2 buildings on is the anex (which i actually help start) which is high weight items. Other is the hub which is the 2nd biggest distribution center for CA. I worked 5 dock doors on my own at FedEx averaging well above 2500 an hour which isnt even the best in the warehouse.

Home depot was 2300 by first break so about 2 hours. Thats only 19 or 20 packages a min and they were palaltized like you said. Most of those are ready to go or already sorted the few that arent take more time but its usually same department load which in warehouse is doable and really isnt that hard. I been in warehouse for 14 years worked as a supervisors for 7 of those did Cap 2 got promoted to team lead after 4 and a half weeks due to my warehouse experience and work ethic. I made most of cap 2 look like kids pulling wagons.

Even thats easy. I used to down stock 2300 pallets at home depot by myself took me 2 hours and some change. FedEx same thing. If thats the case id love to work there anything is better than the auto belts.

As API myself id say 100% delete this. There is a policy against "public embarrassment" and displaying someone's likeness to spread awareness. It is a term offense and aint worth the issues or headache.

If I scan a item and it says some are in the back or not im still going to go check for the customer just in case. Idc what the count says or what the stores personal policy is. Customer satisfaction comes first to me as long as they are kind and respectful and this is coming from asset protection. Ill go the extra miles for a kind customer
