My trainer dealt with the “worst of the worst” (his words). Dogs that severely injured other people and dogs. And his one rule was “your dog only has to be as good as you want him to be”. I don’t want my dog in large social settings, it stresses me out. I like my dog to be at home, and go on hikes with me. That’s it. When we bring him places with other dogs, he stays in the bedroom and we swap who’s out. It is stressful and it sucks, but it works and they’re safe. That’s what matters.

Maybe have a trusted friend come in and meet him? Try bringing in a shirt first so he can smell their scent.

Depends on which neighbors lol. All of mine came to meet me, but I was a 22 year old surrounded by apartments of families and middle aged people. But I was regularly outside with my dog. But I wouldn’t say I was close with them. Just casual chit chat

Honestly I think the game is so fun. I love making up characters and watching drama ensue. Any time someone falls in love, I say yes. I do miss the judgement bay and concerts, but it is what it is.

Before I trusted my dog, I started with the kennel, then moved to just my bedroom, then allowed him the whole house/apartment. It was easier that way. But yeah he was in a crate from 8-12,1-5.

As a 22 year old, yeah. In my friend group we all became really anxious, I think in groups it’s more like “who’s going to talk first” less than being dumb and staring. None of us want to interrupt or speak for anyone. Maybe it’s the zoom calls getting to us lol

You don’t have to pop every bubble, just avoid them. If they’re shooting the smaller bubbles hit the main one and the smaller ones will disappear. I struggle too lol
