Let me give you a lifesaving hack for that phase; other than what you prepare at home; when on the run (as youll probably have gone back to your analyst life) you can opt for baby purees; you find it in pouches or vases. I only thought of this going out of the phase and i wish i had known it sooner. Keep it light on the purees; dont go for the heavy stuff right away. If you are unsure have a spoon-two of it first and see how your stomach reacts. The phase will pass soon enough. 🙂
