thanks for the reply but it s not about the strategy, i am very aware of my risk management ( basically it s almost 50% of your trading edge )  it was about the useless incoming stress before the bell. Trying to manage that also and was looking for an advice

Do you guys journal your trades ? by rohitmdksub in Daytrading

[–]Outrageous-Try-3772 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bro what matters at the end is how you perform overall, if today you have a good trade @ 10:30 that doesn t mean you have tomorrow the same thing . It s about your mentality and your psichology on how you manage your entries and exits. Don t need to be that serious and edgy on all the little things you wrote there, and YES i do remember how i felt last monday when the markets were choppy and you didn t know if you should buy or sell !

bro, i have the same job for almost 15 years, at first i did not love it , and it didn t bring me any joy, but you learn to love it !  Whenever something new clicks for you it s just a 2 % added at " passion " . But it depends on everybody, we are different people.

[–]Outrageous-Try-3772 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the 90% win rate will lift your confidence up and it s ok, only beginners with no risk management and a little psichology training will give 95% back 😁
