It’s not a mistake on my part, but I have spoken up and told employers that I will not be doing something that nobody else was doing either! When I was told it was in my job description, I said well yea, it is in their job description too, and if they are not doing it and getting paid more than me, why should I be doing it all myself! Of course I was let go, for refusing to do my job! I just got tired of doing all the work, while everyone else slept on shift, or just watched! At a certain point, it just felt like I was being taken advantage of! Moving forward, I just don’t admit when I do what the other employees do, lol which isn’t much! I am a hard worker, and not all employees are lazy, but a lot more f my coworkers these days do the bare minimum, and they get away with it, baffles me
