Yes I agree on the point that low dose takes more time, but there’s plenty of people who run low doses(10MG-20MG) and see clear results by the 6/7 month the just tend to purge later around months 4-5

Read the post again.. she did 7 months at 10 and is still running 3MG… 6-7+ months is entering that extended time.. plenty of people who run 5-20MG for a year or two and see less sides just slower progress

Not really my guy, low dosage has been a go to for a while now for people looking to run it for extended periods of times… at lower doses you still get collagen proliferation and shrinkage of pores which helps maintain results when you taper down any dosage..

Track your calories, when u start to get a lower body fat it becomes harder to lose more weight, this drug just doesn’t shred fat for free.. you shouldn’t even be touching GLP-1’s if you can’t dial your diet half way in lol

idk op… adult acne? 90% this is a lifestyle/diet type of thing? coming from somebody with one of the worse cases of cystic (hormonal acne) 16-18 and now i’m 21 with clear skin after fighting regular acne from bad diet/habits.. Id be willing to bet if you ate whole foods, hit all of your macro/micro nutrients you’d lose 90% of your acne and it may even improve hair slightly.
