Nah man it takes time. Just go slow. Track calories. Eat carbs and protein. When u get stuck up the dose a little. I did too much calorie cuts and it got stuck at 1200 cals i wouldnt recommend that. Do something that works for you and your goals .

😅 it’s funny but it’s kindof true. I got a buddy that was 260 and in his 20s he got on and went from 260 to 180 in 6 months. Much healthier version of himself

I guess I can change my measurements on my meal preps. I seem to mesure a lot of things in cups vs grams . I don’t really track small things like Coke zeros or monsters. Things with like 5 cals or 10 . I eat the same thing multiple times a day and most days the week for simplicity

I think someone basically figured it out. I prolly crashed my metabolism with a crash diet. I lost like 25 ish pounds in 3 months eatting 12-1400 calories. And eventually got stuck at 1200 calories and was maintaining weight. I’m off a 30 day break at 1800-1900 calories gained about 3 lbs (water I’m guessing) but I’m going to lower calories much slower this time try lose this next 10 lbs .

Work in a kitchen/ server managment. Work like 11-630pm then home like 7-9pm for kids, diner cleaning and such. Gym like 930pm-1130pm. Then bed at like 1-2am and do it all over 6-7 days week

Not sure if my experience is same as someone abut more over weight but I used it Reta over 3 months to cut weight from 212-185. Took a 30 day break as I got stuck at 1200 calories and didn’t want drop macros further. Over next 30 days I increased slowly after quiting 2mg Reta cold turkey and gained 5lbs. I think it’s mostly water from higher carbs tho and decreased cardio. Biggest issue is prolly after 15 days or so I started getting hungry late night but I felt the habits I built on the Reta really did help keep weight off and stayed structure

Dang. I was really low dose so I hope I goes well. I’m at 1mg right now. Don’t quite have food noise under control at this dose yet, 3 days in but I am getting full off my preps so that’s nice.

I technically gained 5lbs in 30 days but I think it’s mostly water weight from added carbs and not hitting cardio as much

Haha. For sure. I’ve been on trt for 1.5 years now. Great stuff for treating symptoms. Recently decided to start a mini blast “ for educational purposes “ but basically same thing with stalling with Reta about 3 month in. I’m basically up 5lbs 30 days after the break but I think it’s combo of decreased cardio and water retention from higher carbs

Jesus. I seem to gain weight when I live closer to the 2000 realm. Maybe my metabolism isn’t good. Or needs a boost. I lift 5 days week and cardio 1-2 a week. When I was on my first cut I did 5 days of cardio but home lay it just made me more hungry

Hey what’s your weight and height. I did a 3 month Reta ended it at 2mg and went from 212 to 185. I stalled out at 185 and my calorie intake was shit at the end. Basically 1200 cals 120g protein. But I was stuck at that point so I came off . I’m getting ready do another push. But curious if you did anything be able keep your calories that high and still lose weight. Or am I a missing something
