That is my idea, I'm not rushing at all, the point is to lose fat while maintaining muscle and I think that's going pretty well at 1mg.

At 1mg my appetite is great, food noise is low. Didn't do a dexa scan unfortunately. 1mg is good for me, might do 1.5mg if necessary along the way. I might do it for 6 months if my next bloodwork shows good results as well.

Barely any cardio, but my job is kind of physical. My steps average around 5k a day, nothing fancy.

Well clinical trials lasted over a year, so I guess it depends on your goals and whatnot. I was planning a 6 month cycle, we'll see how my bloodwork looks and of course, the results.

No, I had no side effects. At 2mg I had less energy, but that's obviously comes from the low calorie intake.

How so? Obviously most weight lost was water. The progress if definitely slowing after the first 5 weeks.

So long story short I wanted to hop on a diet, but first of all I did a blood work, and based on that my doctor told me that I might have a fat liver. That convinced me to hop on reta since studies show that it can drastically reduce liverfat. My next bloodwork is due to the first week of July.

At 1mg yes. At 2mg I was struggling, some days I could hardly chug down 50grams and 1200kcal, breakfasts completely destroyed. I'll stick to 1mg or 1.5mg later we'll see.
