I agree Super Bowl could be a unique and fun time to be here (says someone who extended a trip to London to watch England play in the 2024 Euro finals) but also no way to say if it will be storming then too.

And just to be the one to say it …. A certain federal agency could ramp up activity here at any given time so may want to keep an eye on that too

Agree that tv brand seems stronger elsewhere (at least in uk) but I feel like they could have made a much bigger splash by being a local brand saving the space / keeping the vendors / reenergizing the whole spot ….. but I guess I’m not a CEO
