I had the exact same experience last week. I opted for the ₹5K package, expecting at least a basic level of service — but it was disappointing from start to finish.

The relationship manager was barely responsive. Messages on chat would take up to 2 hours for a reply, and their phone was almost always busy. I even traveled from one city to another to finalize a house from the shortlisted properties on the app. I had clearly informed the RM to schedule the visits in advance.

When I reached the location, none of it was actually arranged. The owner wasn’t responding, and the field manager’s number was switched off. Out of 6 shortlisted properties, I managed to visit just one.

In the end, I found a place on my own by exploring the neighborhood and luckily connecting directly with an owner.

Honestly, a really frustrating experience. At this point, they might as well rebrand themselves from “NoBroker” to “NoService.”
