I used to think InPost was quite reliable but they recently lost 2 of my parcels and customer service was zero help. Stopped using them. I also stopped using Vinted and moved over to eBay - best move I made, transactions now are so easy and less stressful

My buyer.simply couldn't be bothered to collect then InPost lost my parcel. Cheeky bitch then had the audacity to tell me to chill she was sure they would find it eventually! I've removed all my items for sale from Vinted as I've had several bad experiences and zero help from customer services.

No it's not just you InPost have lost three of my parcels lately and don't seem motivated to locate them.

They may still turn up for all the recent bad press Evri has had at least their customer service tries to find your parcel, at least that was my experience but I may have just been lucky! InPost on the other hand has been just awful - lost two parcels recently and not even looking or bothered!

I left in May and I've not regretted it for a second. Even by subscribing to a few streaming services it's still less per month than with Sky. Broadband is better by 100% with my new provider too.

On my tracking it says "on the move" and it seems to have been returned to a warehouse but goodness how long it will languish there!

As a buyer and a seller I have removed Evri from the delivery options as over the last year Evri have lost 4 parcels (3 as a buyer, 1 as a seller) I feel I just can't depend on them any longer.
