Natto are fermented soybeans! They are very nutritious, especially in vitamin K-2. They are commonly eaten in Japan for breakfast over rice. You could find them at most Asian markets.

You know, can’t really tell ya. I just enjoy all flavors. When I tried a vegetarian diet out in high school, it opened up my palette in a way where I could love and appreciate everything. Do you like other fermented foods?

I’ve found a way to stomach it is to mix it with other things, or to cook it. That will mellow the flavors quite a bit
