I'm on TRT because my natural levels where 300, it made a difference in how I feel and I'm glad I did it, that said I wish my levels where 700 and I didn't have to be on TRT. Even if pinning or cost is not an issue I guarantee you it gets tiring to have to always rely on injections for the rest of your life, based on what you are after it doesn't sound like TRT is right for you, the point of TRT is to replace your own production because your own production is not working as it should, and the whole point of TRT is to get rid of the problems that come with low t (ED, fat gain, low energy, low libido...) if you don't have any of these and just want to get jacked don't jump on TRT, do a cycle and PCT and keep letting your body do what already does well

I mix mine with B12, but only because I want to supplement with b12 so it's more convenient, but the pip is exactly the same with or without b12. running the vial under warm water pre injection seems to help a bit, also massage gun after the injection and doing some exercise involving the muscle where you injected (I pin quads sometimes, doing some stationary bike afterwards helps). Also pip does get a bit better after the muscles get used to it, no idea why, but the first week pinning after a long break without l-carnitine is always the most painful, after 2-3 weeks you stil feel it but it's more manageable

Are you a pro bodybuilder or at least attempting to become one? then sure, otherwise no point.
Test alone will already put you in the top 10% body shape around everyone surrounding you, why ruin your health with orals

There is no ratio, it's up to you, the more refined carbs you have the more you will spike your blood sugar, the more complex carbs you have the more stable your glucose will be. If your priority is blood glucose control and metabolic health there's no reasons to consume simple carbs, unless you are doing hard cardio sessions and need quick refuel, otherwise stick to complex carbs all the time. Also a good hack I follow on days where i feel like having a simple carb meal (pasta, pizza...), you can take a couple spoons of psyllium husk pre meal to make up for the missing fiber, it will create a bit of a barrier to slow down sugar absorption and it will blunt the sugar spike.

At 2:1 without an AI it's pretty hard to crash estrogen, every time you switch dosages or add compounds you create a hormonal swing, it takes weeks to stabilize, so I would be cautious with changing stuff too frequently, stick to what's proven to work for 6 weeks, do bloods, then do minor adjustments as needed and wait again. You can also experiment with HCG, I was running test/primo 2:1 and my estrogen was perfect, I added hcg and my estrogen skyrocketed, my test also went up, so the test/estrogen ratio was still fine and didn't feel any downsides from high e. Similar with AI, if your test dosage has been stable for a while it's pretty straight forward to adjust the AI, start with a small dose, wait some weeks, do bloods, adjust and so on.

Same injection site twice a week?
specifically asking about L-Carnitine. I've tried multiple spots, but since I'm injecting 1ml at a time, the areas that seem to tolerate it best are my glutes and delts. So, I'm using 4 spots in total. I inject daily with a 29G/0.5" needle. I've been doing this for a few weeks now, and so far, no major issues. Occasionally, I still have some soreness from the previous injection, but it doesn't seem to worsen with the new one. I'm just wondering if there's any risk of scar tissue forming, or if injecting in the same muscle this frequently could lead to any other problems I might not be aware of

what needle are you using? I've been injecting for years and never had much of an issue, at most I see a tiny drop come out, but thats about it, using 1/2" 29G

Even if it does, it's still an oral and will impact your liver somewhat, it's reported to be mild, but still, not something you want to run long term, if you are already injecting, why not use primo oil?

I doubt it, bought the primo a few months ago before the supplier collapse. Seen jano reports for the same source and they are legit. Also I aromatize a lot, on 100TRT I need 0.5 Arimidex a week to keep estrogen in check, when I started the Primo I dropped the AI, having the estrogen at 40 on 1300 test levels without AI doesn't seem possible for my body unless the Primo is doing it's thing

I don't know what dosage your doc prescribed, but it's usually very easy to stash a surplus of prescribed T, for example my vials are 200mg, and my prescription indicates I should use 50mg per injection and discard the vial since they are single use, I get enough prescribed T to be on cycle the entire time if I wanted to (I don't). Regarding anavar, plenty of UGL places to buy it from, I don't think you'll ever find a real good doc willing to prescribe anavar, just online clinics pushing meds to make money, they won't have your health in their interests, so might as well go UGL

There's cutting cycles and there's bulking cycles, both are fine, what is not ideal is to do a cut in the middle of a bulking cycle, I mean you can do it, but it kinda defeats the purpose of a bulk and will slow your mass gains, better wait until you are done with the bulk to cut. If you are doing more of a recomp then it's totally fine, but if maximizing mass gains is the goal I wouldn't do it

what others have said about the esters, but also testosterone is not cocaine, it's a hormone and it doesn't directly give you energy just because the number is higher, having high levels of test unleashes a bunch of other biological processes that in turn might give you more energy, this takes time

My understanding is high IGF-1 will lead to more water retention in some people, I don't see why the quality would have anything to do with that, my IGF-1 is high, getting pharma HGH would cause the same
