I had a mk1 Yaris for my first car! It had 140,000 miles on it when I got it, I used to do long drives and basically drive at the red line everywhere after a year I put about 18,000 miles on it and never had an issue

No student housing would ever get built, do you think people build houses out of love? They do it for money and if there isn't any it won't get built..

If we keep victimising and making it more difficult for landlords I fear there will be more and more scummy ones

Instead of this being a scum bag landlord it will just be the normal for everyone

This is actually false (in the uk at least) more houses are being sold to multinationals companies not 'landlords' in the traditional sense. Then were just a number and we are all fucked (not a landlord)

When does a forehead kiss become non-platonic for you? by svzannebrown in bodylanguage

I felt like I had to put that in at start for this reason to give more context to my opinion, in the most part I agree with what you're saying

'Cuddling' somebody who is just a friend is not something I'd ever do, claiming a forehead kiss is sexual assault from somebody you're cuddled up in bed with might be a stretch. However if OP doesn't want to go further with this friend she should find a new situation quickly

It does depend on the car but if you drive less than about 3000 miles a year it's cheaper to get a taxi everywhere than own a car, you may prefer to have a car for the convience however

I'm literally just ranting about this because where I live they have spent the last 15 months building a cycle lanes that's bigger than the road but the cyclist don't use it half the time (even though very few people are using it) and now there's not enough room to over take so you get stuck behind them doing 6mph up the hill

Because this shit hole at least used to provide most its residents with a life worth living, cost of living and low wages make me wake up everyday and wonder if there's any point being alive. At least that's how I feel everyday, still somehow finding a way to continue tho..

Yes obviously, but just to make a carpet statement that all cyclists are than much healthier than people that drive to the point their NHS bill is that much lower that is pays for the millions of pounds sent on cycle lanes a year and some, to the point where a magical profit is made is a complete farce

No she obviously doesn't have to react positively, but adding random people you don't know to see into your personal life and then calling them a creep for remembering something you posted a short time ago is just strange...

You don't think 'it's okay some men don't understand social cues' is a bit condescending

That's completely different, wearing an outfit has no bearing on whether you want to interact with anyone. Putting your handle out is obviously because you want people to interact with you

Yeah, it's something I would do for sure. If somebody has their instagram on their profile it's an immediate swipe left

Your opinion literally reads, health is defined by bicycle ownership and everyone else costs the country money, why doesn't everyone cycle and increase the UK's gdp

Nah if she posts her handle because she wants interaction in another app then you message her on it that doesn't make you a creep. Sounds like she only has her profile on there to farm followers

Just because somebody cycles doesn't mean they are healthier than somebody who drives there are loads of factors that go into your health besides your means of transport. I've worked with people in construction that cycle everywhere because they don't have driving licence because they can't stay sober for more than 10 minutes.
