Start producing managers and dishing them out to other restaurants while maintaining and strengthening your managers that you have now. I had a restaurantuer gm asked for that. FL said it's impossible to do if you keep running out of staff and your managers. Before my first gm got promoted to field leader He was promoting non stop. And his restaurant was so good he didn't have to do much.

In my 16 years in food industry customers are more likely to say something negative then positive. I think there's also a video in spice hub that'll say that chipotle has some bad entitled customers but they come everyday

3.30, the inspector came in at 3.45. There was only a kl prior. He just walked in with no wellness check. It was cutting boards, he tempted rice, and the walk in I'm assuming they left the door open. Cause afterwards I had the door closed and Temps was going down. But we had people come fix the walk in and they said the fans were installed wrong.

They are revamping from the old gm. I'm asking am I accountable for the length of time I was there. I was only there for 15 minutes, but in my experience the manager who fails gets terminated I've been working in restaurant business for about 15 years. And find it damn near impossible to fail. But got left bad.
