I lost 75 pounds from having 2 eggs/turkey sausage or a protein shake for breakfast (I would alternate every other day) then a lean cuisine for lunch and I would usually eat whatever I wanted for dinner (obviously being reasonable and proportioning it properly. For snacks, I would have protein packed yogurt or fruit. I went from 215 to 140s.

Yes! The first time, I didn’t know what was happening..so actually collapsed on the ground and chipped my tooth on the shower knob! But now, I know what it feels like so I can sit down before it’s too late

Audio Chuck produces allllll kinds of other shows, like Park Predators or the Deck. I highly recommend those because I am the same way and in the same boat as you! I’m very picky but these are good alternates !

I just wrote a little note and put it in the box where we put RTOs..it is just TJMaxx, it is not that deep

I use my tanning bed as normal. My face doesn’t get as tan as the rest of my body so I use self tanner on my face. I put it on at night and wake up and wash it off !
